Having surgery at Hospital for Special Surgery, after surgery, hip replacement, going for 7 days to Mary Manning Walsh and since an out of towner, have to stay at least another week before able to fly home. Need rate information.

I think the rate is $140 per night. Best to check with hospital. There may be a special rate for patient families if patient has been admitted to the hospital. Rooms include small kitchen, with pots, pans, cooking utensils and dishes, along with eating area. Check with the hospital or inform the hotel that you or a family member has been or will be admitted during stay be to see if there is a special rate. This is primarily the purpose if these rooms. Of course, they will need verification as well. Hoping for a speedy recovery!

We did not know of this. I wonder if they can still give us the discount, we’ve been here since Tues. and leaving on Monday. We're a 4 hour drive and I had a laminectomy. Kanchan

Your patient services coordinator should be able to arrange a reduced rate at Hemsley; also HSS has a smaller recovery facility that it manages exclusively. Good luck!

Rate is $300 for a double. No charge for parking or additional taxes. I was there for my son in April.
