Yes...just dispute the charge with your banking institution. They might even issue a Provincial credit to your account. Call 311 to get more information on obtaining a REFUND from the DC government. It depends on whether your online order has been processed. Call the vendor you used for the online order to determine. Be sure to have your order number when you call.
