A branch of the DC Government that is a shining example of what competent government looks like. The DC Recorder of Deeds is most efficient and thorough.

Quite possibly the best run department in all of DC. I don't know what we'd do without Amy, Ida, or Franca!

The private website you use for the search public documents socks. I did a search on it and actually found the document, I clicked on on of the documents to see if that is what I am looking for, it was not what I was looking for. I tried to go back and click on another document, it kicked me out. I logged in again and did the same search again, and it was giving me documents that has no relation to my search. I rebooted my computer and did the same search, now it is telling me it finds no document that march my search.

You need to clarify your question. I'm not sure what you are asking.
You can go online to the Recorder of Deeds website and run your name, or go to the actual office and someone there can help.
This is not a simple answer. You should contact an attorney or settlement company to address whatever issues there may be.
How can i find out who owns a property in dc oline free
$31.50. If you need a copy of the recorded document, it's$2.25 per page, and $2.25 if you need the copy certified. Your document should be available for view online in a few days.
DC only keeps records of births in the District of Columbia. For German birth certificates, you may need to contact the German Embassy or Consulate, or if you are a naturalized citizen, US Immigration may be an option.
If you need to change the name in title, you will have to have a new Deed and the FP7/C form, both properly executed and notarized, recorded in person at the Recorder of Deeds Office. There may be recordation and transfer taxes due on top of the recording fee, and additional documentation may be needed. The recording process should take less than 30 minutes to complete, more if yours is an unusual circumstance or if they need additional documentation.
