Very luxurious apartment building.

I stopped in to possibly view an apartment close to noon last week and was so turned off by the attitude of the concierge that I left without seeing a unit. Large woman with bad attitude.

Had a wonderful resident appreciation day breakfast last week provided by the management team. I continue to see amazing hospitality from Caleb and the rest of the team. Always eager to recommend this amazing community and amazing team. Edit: new management team took over and the community has taken a down turn, at least for now.

Nice, upscale building. Recently the management company changed hands and all of the friendly, efficient concierge staff departed. However, unfortunately the worst one chose to stay on, namely Bridgette. I, and many other residents find her to be rude, unhelpful and untrustworthy. She has broadcast information shared with her in confidence numerous times and maintains an attitude. I very much wish Hines will reconsider maintaining her on their staff.
