Rooms looked old and outdated. Mostly looked like different stuff thrown into the room to fill space. Decor didn't match. You had modern and vintage with i don't know what else mixed. Kitchen appliances looked like something my grandmother would've had. Rooms we quite. Bed was comfortable but the couch was old and the pull out was an old regular pull out mattress not the temperpedic that's in most diamond properties. Pool was nice. Not at all crowded.

Positive: nice big rooms Negative: they tried to get me to pay a $23 "resort fee" for parking--pointing to something in fine print. Then they refused to give us late check out because we asked at 9:40 instead of before 9 -info we were not given when we asked about late check out.

I've been coming here for the last 15 - 20 years and this last visit was the worse. 10:01 pm..call from front desk telling us quiet time. Ok...fine, but I surely hope other guest got the same call. Bottom line they lied and said room was not available for another day,but we had someone call fo r the room type and yes available. No wor ries we will spend elsewhere. Has to be new management. We once had timeshare...glad we got rid of it.

We were in room 212, which is close to the elevators. The bathtub does have bars, but you have to step into it. There is a peephole in the door that is wheelchair height. The counters are standard height. Wheelchair is accessible to pool, however I did not see a chairlift to get into the pool. Correction: my daughter stated the chairlift is portable and it was there near the entrance to the pool near the lobby door. The pool is away from 212 but there are other rooms closer to the pool.
It is very close. Easy walking distance.
It is actually heated, but it is refreshing, year round in my experience and I have been there in winter and summer.
Usually not until 4pm but you can check earlier if they have a room ready
