Usually not until 4pm but you can check earlier if they have a room ready

According to the parent company, Diamond Resorts International, check-in time is 16:00 or 4:00PM local time. When I tried to check-in at 4pm, they had no clean rooms. Check-out time is early at 10:00AM.
4:00pm. Our rooms were ready by 2:00pm so they let us check in early.
4 p.m. and they were very slow
Just show up at a reasonable time and they will find you a room..
