Ordered a $700.00 case of wine. Before it shipped I noticed it was 104 degrees in Palm Springs. Asked them to cancel order and I was told I would have to pay a 15% re-stock fee. I could understand if the wine had shipped but it hadn't. The owner Mel agreed to waive the 15% re-stock fee and told me he would not sell me wine in the future.

This review is about my experience there and nothing to do to the cigars or wine. But I was after reading the reviews to have a few drinks and smoke a cigar, but I was told that smoking is just outside (40 Degree today). And this is because covid, I guest with the whole town open a full capacities.. don’t see how covid have nothing to do with this. But sure a owner can do what he likes regarding rules.
