Whew Lord! Save yourself. Do not move here. It is a revolving door for the members of staff, especially including those of the Property Management. I was hoping that I would get a better living experience as a renter, but realized just after a year of living at this residence that I was spoiled at my former place of residence. I am deeply considering moving back there or anywhere else, because I am definitely leaving this place soon! I am a very respectful person who doesn't ask for much, just for the Management team to do their job, but too many times I am given the run-around just for the basics. Then I am left to contact the Corporate office to nudge them on getting things squared away. I shouldn't have to call or visit multiple times to check to see when or if the Property Manager or staff will do what they say they will do. You should only check up on children to do their work, not adults. The only silver lining here is the demographic area and the Maintenance team on staff that is decent, that's it.
