A monument that has a unique architecture. So is its purpose, as much respect is held for the people who participated in said war. They refer to all the states of the United States and also to the various war fronts. It combines a large fountain with the architecture of a monument.

You can get a stamp at the Washington Monument visitors building for WWII and at the visitors center between the Lincoln snd Vietnam memorials
No they have stars that represent 100 soldiers each. There are names of states but not names of individuals
There’s no designated parking for this memorial or mainly any attraction in DC. I would recommend downloading the ParkMobile app- then you will be able to see where parking spots are available near the monuments and pay electronically for them. It’s way easier!
The WW 2 Memorial is in-between the Lincoln Memorial and the Washington Momunent.
