I am a vet, and can’t get the Fee Basis office or the Patient Advocate to ans. the phone, have been trying everyday for more than a month. So what do I do??

Call and ask for Nurse Practitioner Lesieur. He should be able to get you to Patient Advocate and the Fee Basis Officer. Also going in would be the fastest and easiest way to get Patient Advocate to do their job
