If you know who he/she is then call the VA give your husband last name and last 4 and the MSA will pull up the patient's chart and put a note in it for his psychiatrist to see and sign off on. (FYI the website is: myhealthyvet.com)
You can call the main number to the Charleston VA and the the recording will tell you what button to push on your phone then of course they will ask you a couple more questions the one you want of course leave a message with your care provider or specialty care provider you push whatever button and then you will get a live operator who will of course get your husband's last name and last for and you identify the caregiver and they will send whatever message directly to them.
