Very pretty park close to the water. I wish there were more gardens here as with the other parks. Makes for a nice stroll. Would go back for sunset.

The gazebo at White Point is a no brainer. Just no you'll need a permit from the city of Charleston and VERY LIMITED ONLY A SMALL WEDDING. BUT, NO PERMIT FOR PROPOSALS

Would any local be willing to check if the name Stephen Sopco happens to be on the USS Hobson memorial stone? My grandfather is said to have died on the seas but no one knows where. Thanks for the help in advance.
