Free 2 hour parking on road between battery park and estuary to harbour.
I don't think they charge for parking on sundays
There are several parking garages a few blocks away. On street parking is difficult, during the tourist season, almost impossible. If someone in your party is unable to walk a few blocks, I recommend dropping them off to sit on a bench in the Garden and wait for you. There is a fee for the garage. Street parking is often free. Charleston is glorious; the walk is worth it
Parking near the park fills up fast, but like Kathleen says, the further you walk to get to the park, the more satisfied you will be with your journey. A walk, anywhere, in and around Charleston makes for an amazing view of deep American history. Charleston is a fantastic place to visit
Free on street parking around the park.
There are parking garages at walking distance. Street parking is also there but may be difficult if to get when there are more people. It's a beautiful place..
There is free parking around the gardens and the battery.
There is parking along the street if you get there early enough. There is also free parking but nothing very close. But the walk to the park is totally worth it. Such a fantastic area.
