Yes. You can go to Disney Springs either by bus or boat. If you don't intend to do anything other than Disney, you can get away with not having to rent a car. If WDW busses aren't working out, you can always Uber

Yes there are busses to every park, the schedule is on the TV displays at the bus stops. They have multiple stops as well so there is no need to wait by the main one, which is across from check-in
