Yes, absolutely. Food court for drinks, separate shop for other items. Drinks are expensive though at about $4 for a 16 Oz bottle. Fountain water, tea and coffee are free though, you just need to ask for a cup.
Yes they have something's in the gift shop but if you have a vehicle it is cheaper to run into Kissimmee that is very close to get things. Plus where Port Orleans Riverside is located at its actually pretty easy, we rented a vehicle for a day to go to Coco Beach and was very easy to find things.
