I don't spend much time in the room so I never spend the extra money.
I had pool view and while I enjoyed it, I would be more likely to just say anything that isn't parking lot. There is so much greenery and vegetation once you look within the resort area that all are great. Hell, I had a frickin falcon sitting on a branch outside my door one morning. Things don't get much better than that.
We barely spent anytime in our room. So I'd say no.
Not really.
We stayed in the 3602, besides the time sleeping, we spent no time at the hotel room.. each area has its own bus depot, pools and your within walking distance of the restaurant . We loved it at Port Orleans.
I would say no. My son and I barely spent any time in the room while awake because we spent all the time at the parks. The room was great but I didn't care about the view at all
As to staying at Port Orleans Riverside I wouldn't necessarily pay extra. Our visit this April we had a very pleasant view and didn't pay extra. Now if you were to stay at thr Animal Kingdom Lodge definitely pay extra! Just to see Giraffe, Zebra etc etc morning noon and night is Worth It !!! And remember as of March 21all Disney Resorts now charge daily from $19-25 to park!!! This doesn't make me a happy camper!!!
We pay extra for the river view and for us it is definitely worth it. They have such beautiful grounds it would be a shame to open your blinds and just see cars
Depends, if you are planning to spend a lot of time at the resort
I would say no.....I only requested Magnolia gardens because of the specific style, wanted my Mom. to experience the "Southern " style it had. I have stayed at Alligator Bayou also and rooms are equally as nice and for the time spent in them I personally wouldnt do it
The was waffles taste better than the pancakes. Not sure if there was an up charge for waffle.
Depends on whether you plan on spending time at your resort.
