Our room was near the West stop. It was relatively uncrowded, and since it was the first of three stops to load before leaving the property, we always got seats. We often gave up our seats for kids or older riders, but it was always nice to board an empty shuttle.
It took us 2 days to realize that there was another bus stop closer to our room. The stop at the front of the resort next to the store is always the last stop, so there will be times it will be full by the time it stops there. Check out the map the front desk gave you and see if there is a closer stop. Those have a better chance of not being full. Once maybe twice the bus driver would stop at the front first then do the other stops, but it was very rare.
We were in building 36. The north side was 2 minutes walking away, always a quiet stop. On the way home, it stops at WEST then NORTH.

I agree that the North end works well. They now have status screens st the bus stop with the ETA for the next bus. The times seemed to be close to accurate.
North end bus stop works really well in the morning
We used the East stop and every single day we were usually the only ones waiting at the stop and the bus itself was half full. The rides were quick, usually one or no stops after us before the park. The trick is getting out there without just missing a bus, and having to wait another 15 or 20 min for the next one.
