You can visit the Grand Floridian for free. After that, things get kind of iffy. You can really only visit a pool if you have a keycard, but it's easy to just slip in when someone is leaving. The elevator, you can go there, but they don't really want people traipsing around near $650 rooms if they aren't staying there. If you are visiting family, though, you can visit them as long as you don't stay in that room.
Nope!
Do you have to pay to get into The Grand Floridian? No. There are many restaurants and shops that anyone is welcome to visit. And the lobby is spectacular. (Especially during the holidays.) However, I do not believe you can access room levels or pools without a valid room key. (Though, I did not stay there so I don't know 100%.) Do you have to pay for transportation to the hotel? Depends on how you get there. Taxis, uber, Lyft, and Minnie Vans will require you to pay. The monorail, ferries, and buses within Disney are free. You may have to pay for parking depending on where you end up. If you drive to the resort, day parking should be free.
