Since this is an income based apartment complex I believe does anyone know what that threshold is? I don't have any children nor roommates so I guess I wanna know if I have any chance getting into this apts ...

The formula has changed the apartment's are almost the same as other apartments 2 bedroom is over 1200 mo.
