I’ve only lived her for a year and my washer has been broken for 4 months now I’ve bugged them every week and they swear they’re going to fix it but still haven’t and I’ve had roaches since the day I moved in and I been asking for an exterminator and they’ve only been called once. The management is terrible they prioritize people moving in rather than someone who is already paying rent. I am beyond upset.

The treatment of the office is the worst I have seen and I had not posted a review for fear of retaliation and discrimination because the office staff even hangs up the phone when they ask for help to solve a problem and especially a woman named Jacky se It bothers when I ask for help I have a severe problem of bad smell in the summer I always turned on the AC and they have not been able to solve it also the stove and the Refrigerator have malfunctions and the bath tub was delivered to me broken with the promise to change it but they never did and every time I report it they bother to remind them and I think they are discriminating against me

Dont come to sunridge apartments. It takes forever to fix the shower and washer. It took them 2 months to fix it. They shouldve fix it before we move in but nope, we have to move in while it was broken. And they didnt notify us that it was broken. And there are not enough “no shade” parking spot. You have to go to the very corner of the apartments if close to you are taken. Dont waste your time coming here. Find somewhere else. Save yourselves.

Seems like great community. Affordable rental rate. Nice manager. But the only problem is you have to be on the same job for six months no matter how much your pay is. So if you're moving from out of town or just starting a new job, you will be denied residency
