Rocio in the leasing office is why I continue to be a resident at Resort at the Lakes. Rocio was quickly responsive when I had an issue being racially profiled and harassed at my home by some other residents. Rocio is very inclusive and supportive of her residents. She makes sure every resident feels comfortable in their own home. Thank you for everything!
