Do not move here ! Worst property management company ever ! Charges you for everything even MAINTENANCE . Birds inside ceiling , you can hear them & see feathers all inside unit ! Tub peels , mold under paint . Does not give back security deposit . PremiereHoldings is a total SCAM . IF YOU HAVE KIDS DEFINITELY STAY AWAY , Drug infested neighborhood .

These apartments are owned and rented by Vice Realty. I don't recommend these apartments. They are big infested both cockroaches and bed bugs. See my full review. I gave it one star.
