Union Apartments is a very nice place to live. Great amenities however one of the best assets is the front office. Ms. Theresa Davis is a Gem. She is not only extremely customer service oriented she has the best phone greeting you will ever encounter. She is a pleasure always willing to help out no matter what. She has goes above and beyond for me on a number of occasions. I appreciate her tenacity and her true work effort. She is definitely a plus to this community. Thank you Ms. Theresa

This place puts on a front like they care about you. They just want your money. Not to mention I caught one of the blue shirt workers in my apartment without my permission. He said he was running inspections. I couldve legally shot him with my gun.

It depends on the sq footage, 836 sq footage is around $1270 not including water, sewage, garbage and shared electricity. $25 daily garage pick up and $5 pest. So let's say around $ 1370 in total. I like the up stair units with covered stairs in the unit.

I was looking at their website. Don't believe they do income based.

So they decided to do fire alarm testing today. Which I don't mind. I completely understand it's necessary to make sure they are all up and rubning. Here's the problem they want to do it at 8 am, while everyone is sleeping. Seriously inconsiderate.
