I never post reviews for anything but I had to because the new management is terrible. They don't respond to your requests. People from corporate are posting here to discuss everything with Lily the property manager but if you try to talk to her she is never available and won't respond to your calls. Her right hand Denise isn't friendly at all. The only one who has been nice on the phone is Travis. I really miss the old management, you could talk to the property manager Christine any time and she also responded to your requests. Devin, Monet, and Christine were a team. The previous maintenance team was stellar. The new property manager isn't accessible. The new company is terrible. I won't recommend this property to anyone because of the new management team.

I was trying to stay positive with a new management change recently, especially with having nothing but good things to say about the old one, but I am extremely frustrated now. From the maintenance of the entire complex going downhill, including the pool turning green & grass being left scattered everywhere, to the inability as a million or billion dollar company to take a $50 loss (when I am already paying close to $1400/m) due to a bank error resulting from them not being able to put our dues up on time, it’s easy to say that I am not the happiest about still having 8 months left of my lease. It’s incredibly unfortunate that they couldn’t be bothered to answer the email I sent them addressing my concerns, so I have to submit them here instead.

** NEW MANAGEMENT ** Things have been great so far (Solid 4 to 5 stars kind of great), BUT fair warning that the property is coming under new management, so any reviews that are older than July 2022 might not be accurate for long. Hopefully the quality of the property is maintained, will update this in time when the new owners start to put their stamp on the place.

Do Something Great

Those who look at these reviews be aware you do not get your deposit back and they charge an excessive amount of money regardless! Trust me I am a very responsible person and I have never been charged a dime with any other property over the last 20 years of renting but this property thanks to their very unprofessional management, Christine and Fat Monnet is very different
