They don’t fix anything it is about 100 degrees outside and my air conditioner is broke it’s been 4 days and they still have done nothing to come fix it. The staff is very rude and they do nothing. Wouldn’t recommend🤦🏽♀️

I really feel like this place is such a scam! The person e-mailing me, named Ashley Noel Fulton from the “corporate office,” felt the need to backlash at me after disagreeing to give me a reason for denial. They’ve never ran my credit, don’t have any of our SSN numbers to do credit nor back ground check, and don’t even know our income. Just a simple denial. Also in the e-mail attached, there was a fake address attached under Ashley’s Noel Fulton’s signature line, which when I Googled it led to some UPS Store in Las Vegas. I really feel like they are scammers at this point. I’ve already filed a fair housing report. I will also be filing a police report, along with a report to the local news. They’ve met the right one. :).

Hi, I am not sure what you mean "are these low income"??. What I can say is the maximum income what a family of four can make is $33,750 per year. The minimum a family of four can make is $2,550 per month. If you are a House Choice voucher holder than the minimum income level is waived. Hope that answers your question
Hi, We have 2,3, & 4 bedroom units. Most of the time we are fully occupied. We only accept applications when our waiting list is less than 6 months out. When we are taking applications we place ads on Go- Section-8, Nevada Housing Website and Craigslist.
We only accept applications when we have ads placed online. The ads will provide a link for applications to be processed online. We do not accept applications onsite or at any physical address.
