/////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// update2 it seems like they are not doing any remodeling. And they will charge you $125 for the next resident... So you will end up with hidden fee of $125 (carpet cleaning) or more when you leave the place even if you kept your place neat and clean Update So, I lived here about 3 years and moved out on 2022/07/26. (With the new management(the current one), less than1.5 year) So my unit is the one that is not remodeled. They are now changed into a regular base apartment, and no longer considered to be student apartment. Thus, they no longer accepts the studio renters( which I understand) However, what I do not understand is About two weeks after I moved out, they contact me with extra charge of $125 of carpet cleaning fee? WHY AM I HAVE TO PAYING FOR SOME PART OF THE MONEY THEY ARE REMODELING? I cleaned all of my unit before I moved out. (The picture below is what I took before I moved out> more importantly, I NEVER GOT ANY SERVICE OF CLEANING THE UNIT WHEN I HAD A CONTACT WITH THEM. (Year contract) <The carpet cleaning or anything like that> THEY (the current management) ONLY INCREASED RENT RATE the manager also lied to me that since they will going to remodel the unit, I will not going to pay for the cleaning or damages. ////////////////////////////////////////////////////// Those of who rated 5 starts are people who sold their morality for chance of a small gift. For example this is what I got. To celebrate Community Rewards’ new look, one lucky resident will receive a $500 reward card! Just follow these steps to enter for a chance to win: 1. Click the link below 2. Find the May Giveaway action 3. Complete the challenge Really bad managements. Need to wait for at least two weeks in order to fix anything. Will charge you extra money for unlocking door that I accidentally locked. Unsafe parking lots that do not have cameras (someone hit my car and took off). Also, they do not help you with those problem by saying they can only help me if I report to the police. so I did but no evidence because no camera thus case closed and wasted my time for nothing.

I really appreciated all the customer service I received from the tour all the through to the move in. Everyone has truly been so nice and welcoming and always there to answer questions.

Don’t move here! Apartments are worn down. They have an awful system for dealing with mail and packages. You also cannot forward mail with USPS when you move out because it’s not listed as a residential address. There was a constant problem with cockroaches. Apartment was NOT clean when I moved in, and also had many maintenance issues (burnt out lights, clogged drains, etc). They’ll charge you a cleaning fee no matter how well you clean the unit when moving out. The manager and some of the staff are rude and/or unhelpful at times. Things were better before Cushman & Wakefield took over. I am looking forward to living elsewhere. Look somewhere else if you can afford it.

My rent is about $660, but it ranges depending on the floor plan. I live in a 2 bedroom apartment, so me and my roommate each pay $660. That's not including electricity

Second chance? I don't know about that. I know they are inexpensive apartments with all bills included. They are very simple places and have basic furnishings.
