Complex does an excellent job with maintenance. They are also changing to a non-smoking complex which is quite welcome. Management is very nice.

I have been a resident here at Parkside for 3-years and don’t regret a second of it. Every year spent here has been worth it. The leasing office are friendly and helpful and always informative in events, maintenance updates and overall updates to the community. The community is always kept clean and peaceful and honestly never a complaint with neighbors or anything. Maintenance is amazing at keeping up with the property and completing work orders in a timely manner, they’re respectful while entering your home and communicate effectively in any additional work or repair that’s needs to be done. I sincerely look forward to another year here and maintaining my home here at Parkside Villas. Thank you for all you do.
