It’s 94 degrees in our apartment, I have a toddler that shouldn’t be experiencing this level of heat in the supposed comfort of his own home… let alone the rest of my family as well. I’ve requested emergency assistance for a maintenance man to fix our air conditioning unit… and was told to be patient, I also asked for an ETA and was told they don’t have one. This is the second time the air conditioner broke and it looks like it was Mickey Moused before… The air ducts are not cleaned out and we can’t request services from any 3rd party air conditioning company unless it’s provided and approved by the leasing department themselves but that’s unfortunate because the leasing office is always closed especially on business days. Why are we paying the amount rent we pay for no emergency assistance or no amenities (no pools, no air conditioning, no service.) to keep us cool in this Las Vegas heat… I had walked outside to see 2 gentleman that stay in here sitting outside instead of in their apartment, one man was with his 2 children one infant and toddler because their air conditioner is not fixed or replaced. This is not safe or healthy at all and not worth the amount of rent we pay.

No laundry room as advertised on website, also both pools are empty, and it's summer. Maintence is quick and efficient. I had the water heater burst, and was replaced the next day. Some tenants are a bit dirty, trash on the ground. But they do have a clean up crew. Family complex, a bit noisey at times, but safe. Another thing, a few of the mailboxes are busted, and have been from at least 2 months; so the mail gets held at the post office which is a real hassle.

I am Disabled and this is the WORST place I have ever lived! Do Not Live Here. They are mean to the Disabled. The Manager Lady refuses to do Her job or even answer the phone. That way she doesn't have to make appointments and deal with residents hiding behind Covid protocols and a locked office policy. Who knows how many POOR People they have ripped off Financially as the Office is trying some SHADY stuff on us, but we are not stupid and keep track of our payments and contracts.
