Awesome place to live! Affordable housing and great amenities. There was originally a roach problem that I took care of. I use the orkin prevention spray and it immediately made a difference. Raid doesn’t do much. If the problem persists then they’ll send someone to spray your apartment. I was late on my rent a few times and they were very accommodating and patient. The walls are thick so I don’t hear anyone else’s business in the apartments near me. I just renewed my lease so the one bedroom I have is well worth the money. If you need a nice little place to live then go for it! I love this place. Also there are cafes and restaurants within decent walking distance so even the bus stops and what not are nearby if you don’t have a car. The park across the street is great for the dogs and kids. The office staff is very kind and Terry shows up to fix anything you need help with. I appreciate this place very much and it got me out of a tough spot. Everyone has a different experience so you never know how it will work out for you personally.
