The apartments actually have potential.. the painting of the buildings are nice & the black/brown appliances are cool but the landscaping or upkeep of the complex itself is horrible. There’s literally trash everywhere. I get that the recent thunderstorms may have contributed to the trashy look but that should have been a priority to fix. I get that people get what they pay for but sheesh .. recently I can tell the blinds weren’t new w/ a dead bug smashed behind one, the light switches looked dirty like nothing was truly cleaned or wiped down smh doors don’t have locks, door makes noise upon opening, THEN, I’ve only had the apartment about 2 almost 3 weeks but barely have been there, so within 4 days of physically being there, the kitchen light goes out, I request for a new light & now they’re trying to charge me for them to replace it smh lol saying that the apartments replaced the light bulb before I moved in ??? If that was the case, why would the light blow out that fast?? Need I repeat the fact that the light switches & blinds looked used so how am I supposed to believe the bulb was truly even replaced since it doesn’t look like anything else barely was ? Idk.. I have a year lease here and I’m already feeling vibes & I hope they are wrong but so far my experience doesn’t scream “ renew lease “ …

My cousin just moved here and already having problems. First it took them forever to fix the dryer. It took for her to ask for the head people phone number just for them to finally send someone out. The stove is old and greasy. Then they tell her that the drop box wasn't a garentee and if they don't get it, it will still fall on her...So when she went to pay her rent the office was close hours before 2pm. Monday was a holiday so she went early morning the following day and they making her pay a late fee....why would someone put money in a place that was already told wasn't that safe.
