On September 22, I received a notification that my package was delivered to “front porch”. I called this USPS 3 different times and they never tracked down my package for me. Luckily, I had some neighbors come to my door over 24 hours later from a completely different apartment building with my package on their front porch. This delivery service is unhelpful and does not care about lost packages.

Incredibly disappointed. On August 12th, I received an email stating that my package was "delivered to a parcel locker". I went home and my package was not in my mailbox, neither was it in front of my house or in the back. A key was not left for me to pick it up at a local post office, either. I called immediately and filed a service request with the automatic phone service. More than a week goes by and I haven't heard back regarding my package that had gone missing. I get it, it's busy and all. I called to check on the service request to find out it was closed - even thought nobody had contacted me. I reopened the case that same weekend (a week after the initial delivery date). I went into the USPS building on Harris St late in the afternoon on Tuesday August 23rd after still not hearing back. I spoke with a nice gal that explained that my package was delivered to a parcel locker. I told her that my package never arrived, so she took my number and said she'd have somebody call me. She wasn't sure if there was anything they could do because it had been over a week (even though I was just waiting to hear from them). At that time, I learned that my second service request may have also been closed. I still have not heard back regarding any of this. The package had a couple items that I splurged a bit on, something I treated myself with. I was so excited. Now I'm upset, disappointed, and a bit bitter. I don't even know if I'll get my money back because the package says it was delivered. I don't know where to go or what to do after this. DO BETTER.
