I moved in July 2021 and my lease ended in July 2022. I broke my foot at work June 11th 2022. which I have paperwork to prove so I just left the apartments instead of renewing my lease obviously I couldn’t pay rent because I broke my foot at work. I payed the rent for the month of June. Now they’re charging me for July which I wasn’t even there for the month of July . And they mentioned something about telling the office 30 days prior to leaving which wasn’t even possible for me to do because I didn’t have any rent money for the month of July which is why I left. And on top of that my lease expired for the month of July so basically they charged me for a months rent I did not stay there for. And on top of that living situation is calm for the most part just roaches and leaks would happen often. First a pipe broke and was leaking water then in the bathroom water was falling through the air vent so yeah another leak . I’m going to fight this case the best way I can because they had no business charging me a rent worth of money which was 1,050 $ for a month I did NOT stay there and mess up my rental history.

Im pretty sure all the 5 star reviews are fake . Worst apartments iv lived in . Pool was only open for 1 week . Coralyn is rude and bothered when asked for help . She lies about calling maintenance over . It takes months just for them to repair damages . Please do not consider living here ! would rate 0 stars if i could .
