It's year round, not sure what is included. Lot rent is usually 600-1100 depending on how close you are to the water, and size of lot. The main office will have more info if you give them a call.
Includes trash and snow removal. You must pay for pool passes and marina use. Lot rent increases annually and is too high for what you receive and the office is a nightmare of changing management.
Yes, but there are breed restrictions for dogs.
