I have only lived here since 1/22 and the water has been shut off AT LEAST 6 times within that time frame. Fix whatever it is the first time correctly so this doesn’t keep happening where you have to continue to turn off the water. It is a major inconvenience when you need to get ready for work and don’t have water to take a shower!! Very annoying.

My personal experience living there between 4/2021 to 03/2022 was quite pleasant. As I may say the apartment was some what dated, you could not really complain to because the rent was well priced for the area. Had minimal issues, neighbors were great and pretty stable. Staff was Always pleasant to work with even up to my move out. So overall my experience was great.

Hi good afternoon everyone I would like to inform everyone to talk about this property here at Summerlin Entrada the property looks nice in there but they have a big situation big problem maintenance does not do the job correctly right if I would’ve been a maintenance I would’ve done a better job and very satisfied with the customer I didn’t live here for six months and the people who live on top floor been living here for a year and a half have not been paying rent and the management of the company does not do anything about not even ask the manager Kathy can’t do nothing about it nobody can do nothing about it that’s why i’m letting everybody know that this property management does not do anything to The customers everybody in this property do whatever they want and what I really want if this would’ve been a real good property people would have better respect for the fortunate in this world we’re living in does not have respect management can’t do nothing about that I do not understand I give several complaints couple of times never can do nothing looks like management is scared of those people up in apartment 2066 Loud Music at any time screaming all the time and doesn’t let no one sleep not even my daughter i’m very disappointed with this prop your disappointment with the management even Kathy manager of the property very disappointing I will not recommend no one to this property there’s a bunch of properties around the Las Vegas far away better than this I give it zero stars not a one zero very disappointing with the management and everything they cannot even help me out getting into a different apartment in the same building very disappointed with this management☹️☹️😡😓

The staff are amazing and make leasing such a breeze! I lived out of state and had to relocate on short notice and the staff were very quick and friendly in getting my lease signed and ready for move in.The apartments are very dated but they are large and the staff are great.
