This place is a joke, my rent will have gone up over $300 in the last 2 years. My cabinets are literally falling off the walls. The wood is all cracked. My toilet keeps having issues and the maintenance man literally said most of the stuff in my apartment is atleast 20 years old. The “wood” floors which is just a sticker is peeling from the floors. They charge you $50 to use their 3 gym equipment pieces. Definitely isn’t the same place I moved in to. Honestly terrified to move out, my apartment is falling apart due to no repairs or fixes, and I already paid a $700 non refundable deposit. The reason I mostly stay is because of their no breed restriction. EDIT** called and was told I would be called back and wasn’t; called the following day and was told by the manager herself she would come by and check my apartment, couple days go by and nothing, another day goes by and I get a call from reception saying she will be in the following Tuesday, a week goes by and still nothing. They literally don’t care, there is no excuse. EDIT X2- she came by over a week ago to look at my place, gave her a list of everything that was wrong, she physically seen it too. Not once have I heard anything about when things will get fixed, but they sure made sure to call me to get me to resign my lease. Please fix the stuff I have been asking about for almost a month now!

If you move here be prepared for one thing you will experience regular rental increases. On average $130 increase per year. I wrote this review 2 years ago. I have come to understand that it was the market that went up all around. I called and checked several complexes and the ALL were about the same price. They all went up not just Summerhill Pointe..I was wrong to accuse them of price gouging. This place is the Best place to live!!! I lived there 7 years. My mother with Dementia has been sent to live me so we were forced to move to a bigger place. I cried my eyes out when it was moving day. God I really miss everyone at Summerhill Pointe. Everyone in the office is Soooo nice. They NEVER give you any kind of attitude for any reason or any situation. They are always a pleasure to deal with. Joy is the Manager. There is no one nicer than Joy!! She is the queen bee and I love her. There is nothing you couldn't talk to her about. The upgrades are amazing too. Every unit just got brand new stoves, refrigerators, dishwashers, washers and dryers. Stainless steel. In my 7 years I never had a repair not be completed on the same day as I put in the request. Make this your next home, you won't regret it..
