Absolutely terrible management, maintenance takes WEEKS to do minor work, and absolutely too long for essentials like fixing AC/Heating. Corporate is even worse. You will be billed for things out of your control, that's the kind of landlords this company is. I will never again rent from Westland properties, and recommend no one else does.

Worst maintenance ever had a foot wide hole in my ceiling from water damage for 4 months i dealt with the water damage for almost a year before they ever looked at it after numerous complaints

Don't move here they are rude, huge turnover in management.. nothing ever gets documented correctly and NOONE IN THE OFFICE IS EVER ON THE SAME PAGE.. CORPORATE DONT RESPOND TO ISSUES WITH CURRENT TENANTS BEGGING FOR CORRECTIONS AND REPAIRS THAT NEED ATTENTION. UNPROFESSIONAL. MAKE SURE YOU KEEP DOCUMENTS AND ANY PROOF THAT MAY BE NEEDED ..THEY WILL MAKE MISTAKES AND BLAME YOU AND LIE TO MAKE IT LOOK LIKE YOURE WRONG BE AN THEY ARE RIGHT.. DISAPPOINTED.WHEN OK MOVED IN BL IN 2018 MARIA AND PRISCILLA WERE AWESOME SINCE THEY LEFT..ALL MANAGERS HVE SUCKED AT COMMUNICATION..UPDATES ON ANYTHING..AND EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL.

This apartment complex is the worst place to live. Roach infestation when you move in. Maintenance fixes nothing. They don't answer the phone in the office let alone the door. When you schedule an appointment for a final inspection they fail to show up. Never move here.
