We have lived there for almost 3 yrs, we had no regrets but since we needed a much bigger place, we had to moved out. The neighbors & the staff that works there were friendly. We were in the 2nd floor, not once we had a complaint about my kids running around. I assumed the structures were well constructed & soundproof. I will definitely recommend this apartments if anyone ask me.

I've lived at Everett for 8 years now and I've never had much desire to live anywhere else - it's a really great complex! Through the years the rent has been fairly consistent and the staff has treated me great. Big shout out to the maintenance staff who are awesome and always have responded quickly and professionally to maintenance requests. In my years here I've only had to call security once for a noise complaint, and they responded within 30 minutes and the noise ceased. Can't complain! Also I love that the community is fairly small and quiet, as well as very dog friendly! Parking is a breeze too.
