Yes - each apartment comes equipped with a full size washer and dryer.
Yes! Dog are welcome! We allow a maximum of 2 pets per apartment, each under 50lbs. There is a $300 non-refundable pet fee, and pet rent is $25/month per pet. There are some breed restrictions, but we can talk about that if you give us a call or stop in.
