I moved to Ridge falls apartments on end of April and thought it was going to be a great place to live I was wrong the washer was not working and they would come and just move the buttons around like 4 times I struggle with that until one of the coworkers told me if you don’t want to struggle buy your own washer which I did and they told me that I couldn’t discount it from the rent that it was my choice then the air from the bathroom is leaking they only come and dry it which is doing nothing 3 the neighbors downstairs had a leak and he reported to the office and they came did a hole on my bathroom wall and tell me if they have came to close it but there good on charging rent 😡😡😡😡😡 Don’t come live at this apartments if you don’t want to struggle with management this aren’t great place to live I rated 0 stars but had to put 1 star

I don’t live here but my friend does. It’s currently 91 in her house and the AC is down to 60 and they refuse to fix the AC. She has a 5 year old who has to go somewhere else cause he has seizures and does want to risk his safety. I can’t believe they’re refusing to first this !! The better business bureau will definitely be contacted on my behalf. UNACCEPTABLE !

I have lived here at Ridge Falls Apartments for over a lil bit of a year. I love the new management team they are very efficient and helpful along with a great work ethic. I appreciate them for always going above and beyond for anything that I ask and being professional at all times. Great job Fatima, Beatriz, Abel& Angel. I appreciate you all!

The overall place is not that bad. Although keep in mind that you get what you paid for. The complex quality is okay, based on the price. I would not call this Place home however not a bad place for a roof over your head.
