Moved in for a year and it has been a year worth of issues. Front staff straight up ignores all calls, maintenance takes forever with work orders, Constantly the water gets shut off for long hours, and the list goes on. Tried speaking to Pablo directly ( guess he is the head guy for Westland) he just gives me the landlord special and ignores me. This places is a complete mess. Also if you love scorpions then this is the place for that. Bug guys never come. For the amount of money they want for rent here, just don't do it. Better off somewhere else

If I could give them negative stars I would. Been here 7 months and my ac has went out every other month. Had a leak in my bathroom and they just put my trash can under the sink. I had a puddle in the middle of my closet floor to my bed. That leak created mold on the border of the wall and it’s still there. If your not Hispanic they can careless about you. They don’t care about the tenants ( well not all tenants ) they care about painting the apartments while the inside of them look like trash I will never suggest these to anyone. Well not anyone they will do whatever they can for the Hispanic witch is cool but if your not please don’t waist your time your money or risk the health of your family.

When I first moved in there are roaches in my kids room I called them all of the times to do test control and they did it twice and then my garbage disposal was leaking for about a month they didn’t come to fix it my laundry door broke and they didn’t fix it until a month later Also and my neighbors moved out and they have been letting people come n break into there apartment some one broke the window and they thought it was me but wanted to see if I was going to tell them or not instead of coming and seeing for themselves they never answer the phone but want to text about there rent and when I pay them that’s when they want to fix stuff in the apartments just horrible 0/10

I love visiting my crazy friends in this place, every Saturday I visit them ❤️❤️❤️ it looks very calm here and the neighbors are very kind, you can hear everything behind the walls but it doesn't matter anyway I just go for a walk, the neighbors sometimes they fight very hard and we find out about everything since they are very close😂

It's now 920.00. It was 675 last year. Right before I moved they raised it 20.00. Now for nov. 2021 its 920.00.

It has gone up a 2 bd 2 bath is 810 but maintenance is horrible and don't move to the back. A lot of people have bug problems. All the good neighbors r moving out cause the apts r constantly flooding and the rent raise. I don't recommend them at all.
