I have been on this property for going on 8 years and the management team is the best. I had to leave this review and I must say the management team is great they go above and beyond to make the tenants comfortable. I love the way they up keep our property and keep the grounds of the property upgraded since Marcella and Valeria has been in charge I have not seen people work harder. They keep striving hard everyday to keep the property in good shape with great customer service and the Maintenance team under Carlos is amazing they clean up regularly which I really appreciate and when I need something fixed they are there in hours or in minutes. Please keep up the great hard work because you guys have turned this property around. Thank you all!💙

Here they have parties, visitors come and get drunk in the parking lots, here they leave their cars or leave at dawn ... They make use of parking with the trokas of the companies where they work. You arrive at eight o'clock at night there is no parking, if you leave it to one side, the tow truck takes it. Three times I had to go to bring my car to the corralón and paid a lot of $$$$ and obviously you can't go to leave the car in the parking lot of Las Marianas ... And each contract increases your rent without giving maintenance ... So you decide if you join the Bonanza Garden club..😞😞

I am not a tenant,but I have a family members that reside here. This experience is based on my family members venting their frustrations to me.Let me begin with the managment. Horrible customer service! They do not return voicemails, they never pick up phone calls. They DONT comply with their "Days/hours of operation". SO it is extreamly difficult to get ahold of the manager on premis. My family member was denied the managemnet company's phone number to submit a formal complaint. My family member has submitted unlimited requests for pest control services ,without success. ( these buildings are infested with roaches) Additionally, its is very dificult to find parking in the complex. Apparently, they have a tow service company but they have yet to see them patrol the lot. There are no "towing signs" anywhere as well. Therefore, its a hassel trying to find a parking spot every evening. Furthermore, there is an apartment where there is more than one family living in it. These ppl have loud parties and the men urinate outdoors, knowing that there are children outside playing. Management was notified various times, but their response was that they, "Need Proof". These residents arrive after the office is closed and nothing is resolved.Also, the emergency maintenence line never responded after a voicemail was left. They should invest in making the rest of the apt buiIdings look as nice and presentable as the main entrance. I understand why most of these reviews have a one to two star rating.

This place is a DIVE and the managers DO NOT enforce even basic rules fairly. They let people they like party loudly at all hours of the night, do nothing about people littering all all over the place, etc. And on top of it all they keep hiking up the cost of the rent here without fixing any of the very serious structural problems in the units, but they do try to kick people out for calling them out on their bs! Be warned!
