I called on 7/6/2022 about 6 times and spoke with "Gina" the first time I called was to inquire about an apartment I saw on their website which I was interested in. She told me to apply in person for it because online it would charge me a admin fee which they were currently waiving but it had to be done in person. I explained that I was out of state so she said she would email me an application so they could waive the fee. They kept promising me a time they would send it and then I would get nothing in my email so I had to keep calling back with each time I would get a promised "Call Back" I never got a single call back from the 6 times I called I'm the one who needed to keep calling back. Gina is VERY unprofessional and rude! She gave me attitude the whole time and kept telling me she cant be sitting on the phone with me because this is a place of business when I was asking questions about their units and which ones were available obviously as a future resident from out of state! Instead they hang up on you put you on hold for 20 min and promise fake call backs. When I called today 7/7/2022 and asked her why she never sent me the application she made an excuse saying she was busy and had to stay until 6:00 PM yet when I called before they closed yesterday she actually got mad at me and said to stop calling she would send it. I would recommend not applying here they are truly horrible in customer service and will lie to just get you off the phone I haven't even lived here and they caused me headaches and made me waste an entire day thinking I was going to be able to apply. Property manager called me back finally just to tell me to be respectful to Gina yet ive been nothing but nice and shes been rude the whole time! She said she would email me the application still haven't received it.

The apartments look nice but the tenants are extremely loud in the middle of the night when they are getting home. No respect for other tenants who are sleeping , who may have to be at work in a few hours or who have kids or dogs that get alerted by their loud mouths and start barking. Management don’t make sure the unit is properly functioning before moving tenants in and no sense of urgency. We are new to Vegas and thought by the looks of the apartment it should be ok until we moved in. If you can take your time and do your research

Have been calling for over a week now and still no answer, no return calls. Terrible. Just to get information at that. So I can’t even imagine what the residents go through when trying to get in touch with them.
