I do not recommend it because they play with your money and keep the money from the application, it cannot be that in months they do not rent the same apartment and with all the qualities they look for some cheap excuse and they do not qualify, losing your money from the application. In short, what they have in that place is a business. Great care.

This "New Management" is horrible. It's been horrible here ever since Grace left. They don't do or fix ANYTHING and will treat you like YOU'RE the problem. -Laundromats are now unlocked 24/7 giving access to people who don't live here. People take all the washers/dryers and leave them overnight so you can never wash. -They "completed" maintenance claims I put in and no one ever entered my home. (I have cameras) -They NEVER answer the phone, I always have to go up there and most of the time they are in there w. No customers. Just HORRIBLE. I am starting to get tired of this place and I actually loved it when I first moved in.

Don't ever move to this community.The managers are horrible in all they do is try to charge you more feesOn your rent. They never do what they say they're going to do. There was an outbreak of covid-19 in the community. The office knew a few of the residents had it.It's spread it around the community. Due to the staff members not cleaning the laundry rooms. About five people got sick. I will never live here again
