I lived at Mesa Verde for 5 years. The building is older, so there was a lot of maintenance issue but for the most part things were fixed pretty quick or replaced with no problem. The property manager Allison was always pleasant and she did a great job with keeping up with the complex.

New update from my last post. Apartment is not worth moving to for many reasons. Everything is always breaking down and they raised the rent. I've called for carpet cleanings and nobody shows, I recently called for service to the kitchen sink and once again nobody show. Office management claims their works are working on other places, yet I see them sitting in their carts on the side of building. Im moving out as well as others I know in the complex. Not a place you want to be. Two days with no kitchen sink and a bad smell my kids have to live with. Zero stars if I could.
