Please do not move here, you will be extremely disappointed.Not only is the management on site unprofessional, the company that owns the apartment complex is even worst. As soon as you sign that lease everything and everyone changes! The amenities that this complex claims to offer, such as the gym or pool can only be accessed during 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday and closed on weekends, so if you have a job then there is no way to enjoy these so called amenities. The complex is not kept clean. It is an embarrassment to live here. Parking is horrible and the time it takes for issues to be resolved is beyond frustrating. Do you and your family a service and find somewhere, anywhere else to live.

Applied for an apartment paid the fee , received a phone call with " Instructions " to be there 3pm , I call and was told I have to be there Wednesday, mind you I work and can't jump to when they tell me to come to place , kim was horrible with a horrible attitude ' well I don't know when you'll find time were not open weekends so we will put your application on back burner " the way she speaks makes me understand why so many told me not to move to the apartments because of management No thank you and because if her tone thankfully we have other options

The office ladies do not care about their jobs. You can tell when you walk in there that they don’t want to be there. Called at 430 and they put us on hold until 5 and then hung up because they didn’t want to deal with the phone call and wanted to go home. Got denied because we work for a locally owned business and they don’t accept those paystubs. Led us on for 2 weeks saying we’d get approved, even after voicing our concerns and the urgency that we needed a place they denied us after stringing us on for 2 weeks. Office lady didn’t send out paperwork that she said she’d send out that day until a week later. Never directly answered any questions I had for her. Sad.

The formula has changed the apartment's are almost the same as other apartments 2 bedroom is over 1200 mo.
Their "NOW LEASING" advertisement works for apartments that will be available! And believe me, you don't want to live here, if you can help it. Read my reviews on Google and Yelp. Management is complicated but does work with you under certain circumstances! But the biggest issue, are the bugs! The property and dumpsters are invested with roaches! Exterminator comes out weekly giving little squirts! Best thing to do, is buy a lot of Raid bugspray and do it yourself! My mom and I spray daily and we get NO bugs, except the occasional straggler. Good luck!

They do NOT have 1 bedrooms. Just 2 and 3 but they're getting a little more pricey. But just a word of warning, this place isn't what you think it is nor is it what it used to be. My mom and I have lived here for 8 years and it's gone down hill quickly.
I have been here three years, I have a three-bedroom two-bath but no pets. However pets are allowed, they say no large dogs but I see plenty of them in the complex. I don't believe it's credit-based, however you cannot have any evictions either at all or within the last 3 years, also it is a income controlled a complex so it's not about credit more than it's about how much you make / how many people you have in your home. I moved in with 1 adults and 2 children, teenage children who are now adults and are still on lease with me so you can have up to 6 people on your lease what I cannot tell you is how much the rent would be because I moved in when Grant was much cheaper than it is now, I've seen advertisement for this place and the rent for the three bedroom three bath that I have is slightly over $1,000, I pay under a thousand but whatever the rent is it's more than worth it
