No, I purchased Mears round trip transportation passes for $37 from the airport, they dropped me off at the hotel and they will pick me up to take me to the airport. Every year the price of the pass increases. There are shuttle services to the theme parks and malls but each person will have to purchase tickets an hour prior to departure. Unfortunately, you will need a transportation to get around.
I wasn't offered that option. The only type of transportation we were offered were to and from the parks.
