It is close to the Port, yes, but their handling of customers is poor. Tiny office-unable to handle an onslaught of customers arriving post cruise.
They pick up and drop off at Port Everglades. I rented a car there and returned it to Miami Airport a week later, but I've never done the reverse. - 😎
