Rented car through Expedia and after catching an Uber to Hertz was told that there are no cars available and that I needed to wait for car return. They tried to sell me an upgrade. They put me down on their waiting list and when I returned 20mins later, the office was full of ppl and they had bumped me even though they said they would call me when car was ready. Waited over an hour for a car and more ppl showed up and were given cars before me. Left without a car over an hour later. Terrible experience. Expect better from Hertz

I love Hertz , but this location is the worst . My first and last. No sort of customer service. Young manager seems to be on a power trip, older guy with the dreads doesn’t seem to be pleased that he is being managed by someone so young….. they claim they don’t have vehicles/ and then the vehicle they did give me was banged up and dirty inside….

I rent cars frequently. Usually from Enterprise. This was the first AND LAST time we will EVER get a car from Hertz. The agent was rude, insulting and extremely unprofessional. No one in a professional situation should conduct themselves as she did. She should be ashamed of herself. We made a reservation for a small sedan. They didnt hold a car for the reservation and then FORCED us to get an upgraded vehicle AND PAY FOR HER MISTAKE AFTER SAYING SHE WOULD HONOR THE RESERVATION RATE. Then when my father called to ask why he had so many additional charges and was charged for the SUV rate, the very rude agent lied and said she never said any of this and proceeded to treat him like trash. But I heard it too. We both heard her lie. She lost her temper and was beyond unprofessional. I cannot believe anyone could hire people who act this way. She was obviously trying to take advantage of my father because he is older and an immigrant with a heavy accent. Do yourself a favour and avoid Hertz. They are a scam and crooks.

Rent a car on hotwire at this place. Arrived at this place, no cars left for us. They had 19 cars for 41 reservations.... they didn't call us or email us to tell, hey we don't have any cars. They didn't try to help us, very bad experience. We had best luck at enterprise not too far, first and last time I use hertz.
