I had ordered a scheduled delivery. 20 minutes after the time it was supposed to arrive I called the store, I could not get through to anybody. I ended up leaving my job to get the food. On arrival the manager blatantly ignored me. Then told me she had unhooked the phone line. I asked why she didn't reach out to let me know about the delayed delivery, her response was that they were busy. I have worked in fast food previously, and at Jimmy Johns for a short time I understand when things get busy, but this was completely ridiculous. I asked for a refund for the delivery fee and tip since no body delivered my food. The manager told me no, with no reasoning behind the response. She was incredibly rude and the customer service i received was atrocious. I will NOT be returning to the Merrillville Jimmy Johns again

Usually don’t write reviews but Jesus Christ this is hands down the worst Jimmy John’s on the planet. They move at a snails place. I’d take McDonald’s over this. Rock on
