Let's start with my order was wrong. Not only did I not receive items, some of what I received was made incorrectly. Was really disappointed as my son especially asked for Taco Bell after school.

Lunch for three came to over $28! We had tacos, pintos and cheese and small drinks. $2.79 for a small drink...food was good. I don' t do Taco Bell these days because of their purging of the tostada, but I feel ripped off. They have raised their prices 2x in the past year. I think I am going to disown TB. They won't care I know, but I am sick of being taken advantage of. Lots of other options available.

Night crew is terrible. No one responded at the order box so I drove up to the window where there was an employee sitting on the counter. I gave him though what's going on hand gesture he just looks at me gets up and walks away. Double check the time on the window they were open. I've had issues with orders in the past but let it go but that was to much.

Everytime I come here these employees are rude. One time I came and asked the dude a question his reply was, " that aint my problem" ... today when I came I asked the lady a question about why was my amount so high and she told me, " I don't make the prices, I just work here" .. like who in they right mind trained these people to talk to customers anyway they please. They better be glad I didn't come out my body smdh
